• that's what: 그것이 ~이다.
  It's expensive, but that's what quality costs.
  비싸긴 하지만 질이 좋은 건 가격이 나아지기 마련이지. 

• come from: ~에서 나오다, 비롯되다, 생산되다.

• it matters: 중요한 건 ~이다.
  It matters that you made an effort.
  노력하는게 중요한거지.
